headspace is a free service for young people aged 12-25. We can help you or a friend with mental health and well-being. We have access to Youth Workers, a GP, Sexual Health Nurse, Alcohol and other Drug services, Social Workers and Psychologists to assist with issues at work, school and study.

  • YRG - Youth Reference Group

    headspace Ballarat's Youth Reference Group (YRG)aims to provide young people with meaningful opportunities to directly participate and collaborate with its structure and services. YRG consult with headspace Ballarat and collaborate with local community organisations on a variety of topics, issues and projects.

    ZAQUE is headspace Ballarat's Diversity group. ZAQUE is a support and engagement group that provides a safe space for young/LGBTIQ+ people aged 12-25 who identify or wish to support the LGBTIQ+/diverse community - including gender, sexuality, race, culture, and ability!

    ZAQUE runs at headspace Ballarat @4pm every second Thursday!
